How many mexican food have you tasted and wich one you liked the most? and

-Tacos de bistek(steak tacos)
/>-Tacos de trompo (red meat,very tasty) -Campechana (a mixture of
trompo meat and steak in a tortilla with white cheese) -Burrito (a
real burrito,not only the simple one...the real burrito is huge and about
to explode in meat,onion,tomato and lettuce) -Burgers(yeah,we also do them,but much more tasty and better than carl is jr or any other you imagine...they fill you stomach more than cake) -Papa asada(a potatoe made in the grill with white and yellow cheese,cream and you can add it beacon,meat or both...oh,it all is putted inside,the potatoe is opened in a weird way with aluminium) -Enchiladas(red tortilla with chopped onion and white cheese) -Flautas(a fried taco made in a tube-shape with a special meat,served with cream and guacamole) -Tamales (chicken,cheese,meat,beans) -Hot dog (we add lots of weird stuff to it,not only mustard and mayonese,like a red weiner,bacon,meat,chorizo,etc.) -Torta (sandwich made of turkey,beef,tamales(mexico city) or normal sandwich) -Tacos de discada (mixture of lots of meats,kinda tasty) -Frijoles a la charra (bacon,beer,chile,meat and beans) -Cabrito (lamb cooked in coil) if theres another one,write it and write what it is made of
I hate to see a question go unanswered, so here goes.
I live in San Jose, CA. I don't go to fast food restaurants (yes, we have
Taco Bell and Del Taco here). We have a rich and diverse
Mexican/Hispanic/Latino community here. Within minutes, I can go to a
Mexican taqueria, an El Salvadoran restaurant, Guatemalan, etc. I've
eaten about 99% of what you describe (not a big lamb eater, but I do like tongue).
